The Economic Policy Committee recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to Clause 43 of the Law "On Restoration of Debtor's Solvency or Declaration of Bankruptcy" (re Enterprises using Nuclear Energy)

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No. 5107) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, the body in charge of governmental nuclear and radiation safety regulation shall be a participant in the bankruptcy proceedings involving enterprises using nuclear energy. The Bill also specifies certain peculiarities of such bankruptcy proceedings.
